Presidents Report

 

Dear Property Owners,

​

The POA has received a letter from the Texas Lottery Commission stating that the POA is not authorized to conduct Bingo sessions. We want to clarify that these Bingo games were not official POA functions, but rather organized and sponsored by private individuals.

​

However, in response to the notice from the State of Texas, the POA must restrict the use of the clubhouse to prohibit all gaming activities. The private parties involved are working directly with the Texas Lottery Commission to ensure full compliance with state laws.

A copy of the letter from the Texas Lottery Commission has been sent through email and posted on our Facebook page for your reference.

Road Maintenance Update
Our road crew continues to make progress on drainage improvements and general road maintenance. We sincerely thank them for their ongoing hard work and dedication.
